At Nuvado we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.
Returns
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us at nuvadoshop@outlook.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to stock availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 14 days please check your bank account and contact your payment provider as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund please contact us at nuvadoshop@outlook.com.
International Orders
For international orders, return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
