Shipping policy

At Nuvado we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect when ordering from us.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes
We ship from our international warehouse. Please allow the following timeframes from the date of dispatch:

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

Customs and Import Duties
For UK orders no customs charges apply. For international orders customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may be applied upon arrival.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe please contact us at nuvadoshop@outlook.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
