General
By purchasing from Nuvado you agree to these terms of service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings and slight variations in size may occur due to manual measurement. These are not considered defects.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order.

Payment
We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. Nuvado does not store any payment card details.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at nuvadoshop@outlook.com as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched. In this case please refer to our returns and refund policy.

Limitation of Liability
Nuvado shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products beyond what is covered by UK consumer law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
